The Wayne County Transportation System is seeking applicants for employment as Van Drivers. ALL Van Driver positions are Part Time. Starting wage is $9.37 per hour with part time county benefits available. Applicants with a CDL license start at $9.79 per hour. Applicants must have one year's driving experience, other than their own vehicle. A civil service application and supplement for Van Driver are required. Wayne County Correctional Facility is now accepting applications for Corrections Officers. Applicants will be hired on a Part-time basis with many full-time opportunities after training and probationary periods are complete. Computer and communication skills are required.
